At ScriptStation, all products sold are digital goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once a product has been delivered, revealed, or accessed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Scripts

License keys

Access keys

Digital files or tools

2. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

By purchasing from ScriptStation, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any attempt to charge back or dispute a payment will result in:

Immediate termination of your license(s)

Permanent ban from ScriptStation

Loss of access to all products without refund

3. Compatibility & Usage Disclaimer

Refunds will not be provided for issues related to:

Executor incompatibility

Game or platform updates

User error or lack of knowledge

Third-party software or services

Failure to read the product description

All products are provided “AS IS.”

4. Fraud Prevention

Refunds will not be issued for:

Accidental purchases

Change of mind

Failure to use the product

Violations of our Terms of Service

Any suspicious or fraudulent activity voids eligibility for any consideration.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

The product was not delivered at all

A technical error on our end prevented delivery

If an exception applies, you must contact support within 24 hours of purchase with proof of payment.

Approval of any exception is at the sole discretion of ScriptStation.
