By purchasing any product from ScriptStation, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

1. Digital Products Only

All products sold by ScriptStation are digital goods, including but not limited to:

Scripts

License keys

Access keys

Digital tools or files

No physical items are shipped. Delivery is handled electronically after successful payment.

2. All Sales Final – No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, scripts, and license keys, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds

No chargebacks

No exchanges

Once a script, key, or license is delivered or revealed, it cannot be revoked.

Chargebacks or disputes will result in a permanent ban from ScriptStation and license termination.

3. Scripts, Keys & License Usage

All purchases grant a personal, non-transferable, non-resellable license.

You may NOT:

Share, leak, or resell scripts or keys

Give access to another user

Upload files to other sites or services

Reverse engineer, crack, or bypass protections

Use products for malicious, abusive, or illegal purposes

Any violation results in immediate license termination without refund.

4. Key Security & Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your:

License keys

Script access

Download links

secure at all times.

Lost keys, leaked scripts, or compromised access caused by user negligence will not be replaced.

5. No Guarantee of Compatibility

We do not guarantee:

Compatibility with every executor, game update, or platform

That scripts will function after third-party updates

Lifetime access unless explicitly stated on the product page

Products are provided “AS IS.”

6. Intellectual Property

All scripts, systems, branding, and content sold on ScriptStation are the exclusive intellectual property of ScriptStation and are protected by copyright laws.

Ownership is not transferred by purchase.

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to:

Update, modify, or discontinue products

Reset or revoke licenses for ToS violations

Perform maintenance without notice

Uptime and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScriptStation is not liable for:

Account bans

Data loss

Script misuse

Damages caused by third-party platforms

Executor or game changes

Use all products at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any product or account that violates these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of ScriptStation means you accept the latest version.
